If another bidder emerges after the NO vote are SANTOS restricted from coming back in for an on-market bidding war for 12 months??
Where does it say that anywhere?
Surely on-market bidding would be allowed especially if you are a 20% shareholder already.. Circumstances have changed after the scheme defeat if there is another unprovoked attack..
