    You made the point about IERs and the request made by the IE when they are commissioned

    "what would you LIKE the numbers to say?";

    If that is the case someone in ESG must have said;

    "split your findings into 2 - one that says one issue is fair and one that says the other one is isn't fair"

    Geez, they couldn't even get those riding instructions right :) :)
