The board needs to be grilled individually (not collectively) about when each director first became AWARE that reserves would not be upgraded.

I recommend if you are attending the Scheme Meeting and have questions you want answered you direct them to INDIVIDUALS on the board and remain steadfast with respect to having that person answer. The usual game plan with these kind of meetings is for The Boys to eyeball each other and sacrifice the most likely of the crew to slip and slide and wriggle out of answering the question. If you want each Director to answer the question then say so and don't sit down until they've done as requested.
