"Tamboran management advised that they are confident of success in their counterclaims," advisory BDO said in a report that forms part of documents lodged by Tamboran with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in connection with a share issue to Geotech Investments, a company controlled by gas entrepreneur and Rich Lister Paul Fudge.
