Why would the board want to sell up when they believe they can survive and pull through? If your a long term investor would you sell for 6.88 when in a year you could get 9 or couple years more. Why would a substantial holder sell at a loss just because of short term market movements.
Instead of thinking as a retail investors, think of a stakeholder. In their position no way you would cash out now if you can survive.
