I'm no expert, but my personal opinion is this "glut" is just a media beat up. Sure stockpiles are building, but so what? The world still doesn't have a significant amount in storage. It's not like

Approx 40 days of world consumption in storage - and that's counting strategic reserves. Even if it has doubled since these stats, it's still not a lot. Glut?! What a joke.
