but whats their forecast 12 months out. By the look of it no one left to downgrade and a few brave souls upgrading on back of a hopeful oil rally - probably Motley Fool as they like to send everyone a spam email when it pays off telling how they picked the bottom, though they never tell you again about the ones that lost.
Wonder who the jokers are that have had sto at 6 for last few months - means estimates are out of date someone better get onto the SA and tell them to check the OOT report as time for a new report
