rsi is a relative measure based on previous volumes - when you have breakouts either direction its a useless measure because it tells you to buy when you should sell and vice versa

the problem that most of the pundits here dont seem to understand was just how much of STOs previous share price was based on future earnings. it was trading 25x p/e - on earnings that now look like being half what they were.

have a look at VET this morning for an indication on what halving earnings means for market cap/.

the key now will be whether the market comes to view oil price as a $70s or $80s range commodity longer term

there will likely be a short term pop for a few months if oil stops sliding

but when US senate approves LG exports to Asia - that will bring another down leg.

Like all commodities atm this is trading stock only imo, i wouldnt hold long term.

Will have good volatility though as the bulls and bear play pushmepullyou
