We are lucky IMO to have your input here if you will.

DJ Carmichael report is somewhat conservative imo on the SP at around, .40ish.Theyshould be too because of the red tape "laws" in this country. Once we have "as they state", another JV in place early in 4th qtr = soon, we could "Depending on the deal, reach closer to 80 cents.Once again only IMOO.

No doubts there will be following reports from other brokerage houses soon too.
