Santos value, will oil producers agree to freeze out put?

A pretty decent summary of Santos value, especially given recent M&A movements.

I would be sceptical about an agreement.

1)Iraq production:
Oil exports from Iraq's southern ports have risen to an average of 3.494m bpd in April, an official from the state-run South Oil Company said on Thursday. This was above the 3.28m bpd average for March. This is on top of last week’s data which showed OPEC Crude Oil production rose in March to 32.5m bpd from 32.37m bpd

2)Iran:
On Thursday Iran’s foreign minister Javad Zarif reiterated that Iran was determined to regain its share of the Oil Market after sanctions imposed were lifted.


3)Resuming production of Khafji Field:
Kuwait’s Oil Minister announced Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will resume production at the jointly operated 300,000 bpd Khafji field.
