I think it is you who are wrong.
1) Debt dropped only c. 900 mill after a 3.5 bill capital raising. The company loses money on every barrel and mmbtu produced under $US 50/bbl
2) Iran has increased oil production 250k bpd from March, Iraq has increased production 200k bpd from March, Russia has increased production 30k bpd from march. China and India in a holding pattern
3) This is being restarted and both countries have ample liquidity to do so. Saudi has 500+ billion in foreign reserves and is selling a 5% stake in Aramco to raise cash.
