I am not a big one for rumours.
So would like to see something a bit more concrete than that.
However, remember what happened to ESG on the eve of the AOE bid - strong buying in ESG. Why? Well some have speculated that if someone did get wind of the Shell move, buying ESG (which was also going to go up) was a lot safer than buying AOE itself.
HGO is up on strong volumes today. No news.
But, it may be nothing. I certainly HOPE things have not kicked off yet. I would far prefer another 3 months to get our reserves up further.
