we need to remember that directors are people too and they have the same pressures and needs as the rest of us
the guy may have found a bargain house and wants to buy it or he may have made some bad calls on other investments and needs to meet margin calls or he may have married his daughter and needs to book a fancy reception.......
he only raised 600K which hardly buys you a house in the western suburbs
