Santos Close Finalizing A$500M-A$700M Hybrid Issue - Report
SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--Santos Ltd. (STO.AU) is expected to finalize a euro-denominated hybrid issue by Friday of between A$500 million and A$700 million, The Australian Financial Review reported Thursday.
Without citing sources, the report said the issue has met Standard & Poor's criteria to be treated as 100% equity.
