STO came out with their new strategy.
it is to retain only core gas assets within STO, and transfer everything else into a Newco.
it has 5 core gas assets it will retain, and will concentrate on developing new gas supplies.
one of the core assets is its Cooper Basin gas assets.
so is STX acreage Cooper Basin? Yep.
STX needs cash, and I think it needs further expertise!
STO will have both.
will there be a marriage of some sort?
