Have you been to one of their homes? Case in point: Last week, no extra hand sanitiser to be seen anywhere at one of their nicer bayside facilities. There hasn't been a proper manager there since the last one left. Their staff are under-trained. It's an outbreak waiting to happen. Regis never learn. When will investors understand that the the money needs to go into resident care not executive bonuses? It doesn't work like a 'normal' company, nor should it. Aged Care needs a complete overhaul and I am out of it 100% long ago. Their chief is just another career CEO who is famous for not listening to nursing staff about dangerous conditions for patients when she was CEO at Mercy.
