I don't suppose anyone cares least of all regulators however in New South Wales under S.178BB & BA it is a criminal offence to fraudulently attempt to obtain a financial advantage and it is punishable on indictment by up to 14 years imprisonment. A similar offence exists in every other state and territory of Australia.
But it is also a criminal offence to indecently assault another person by placing your hand in their underpants without consent however our regulators in appropriate circumstances ignore the alleged commission of that offence as well.
Accordingly the best advice is do not believe anything posted on HC until you have verified it by doing your own research. Remember those who peddle negativity and hence anxiety know that it is one of the few mental conditions which is actually contagious.
