    This one i'd be surprised if it returned a positive result - even very potent anti-inflammatories such as anti-TNF have minimal effect is the cytokine storm that is severe acute alcoholic hepatitis, with endotoxaemia being likely only a small contributor. A positive result would be truly remarkable.
