Sapex just released their quarterly and have said...
"The Scheme documents for Shareholders and Optionholders are currently being prepared. The expected completion date is the second week of October 2008."
It was originally expected to happen sometime in August, so it looks like a delay of a couple of months.
I was hoping this deal would go through as soon as possible, but it might turn out to be a good thing if Linc's SP is higher than it is now and no other bidders turn up.
