According to the propectus, the closing date of the offer is the 25th of November and Settlement of the Acquisition and allotment of Shares under the Offer is COB on 2nd of December.

The prospectus also says that "The above timetable is indicative only and may be varied in consultation with the ASX. In particular the Company
reserves the right to extend or shorten the Closing Date, to accept late applications and to withdraw the Offer
without prior notice."

I am guessing that since there has been no request for an extension of the offer, that the raising has been succesful.
