    As BGA have openly stated they are in discussions with other parties who have shown interest and that these are ongoing.

    Imagine if BGA were in talks with lets say Chinese interests who in return(besides the cash) were willing to help BGA grow a really strong foothold in China through a partnership or similar.

    Pure speculation, but the BGA board have been doing a great job and it would not surprise me.
