No....he hasn't ... an update came out yesterday and still giving excuses and making predictions. Like Skol on the gold thread....he will be right - to some degree - eventually.....whether next week, next month, next year....they live for their 'told you so' moment and are blind to any global conditions they may alter or delay their predictions. A view held almost two years ago and held steadfast is not an evolving one but a stubborn one.
