Smart money has crept in under the radar while retail has been scared in to selling to them.
Interesting.
Instos are fully aware of the potential Red October has to transform the Company.
Especially now they are starting to go underground where the main deposits should be.
Long term holders will be rewarded in this one imo. (big time)
