Happy New Financial Year Saragian ! and hope you are still enjoying the riches of the MGC recovery (still have a few on hand).

Jumping to a different "M" being MCS and good to get the annc today on the deal being formalised incl a Trading update from the company and with still other suitors/larger shareholders sniffing around for something alternative which can only be better for shareholders.
