Things that could make money for punters..
- 1) Turn around story, they have had more bad management luck than a brown dog... something has to go right..
-  2) They might get more for Cootes than market thinks (reckon they will get this bit wrong).
-  2) AGO gets lucky and starts to make a motza
-  4) Someone comes along and thinks they can buy it, bust it up and get more money.

I think 1 and 4 are most likely, they do have a lot of debt though..

It will either do well or keep fingers out as it is a long way from a sure bet...
