If Parliamentary Privilege can't be used to name someone under these circumstances, when precisely should it be used? Whether it serves to publicly identify the individual accused of this most unchristian act remains to be seen, because the media will have the same issue related to defamation as currently exists. I don't think naming the individual under privilege in parliament means he can be identified elsewhere.
