Sarepta had very very big luck to get their Drug eteplirsen approved by FDA its was approved only because of massive pressure even the experts and advisers of the FDA rejected the Drug before the FDA decision . There is still no real evidence that the drug works which only tested in 12 DMD patients thats why it gets rejected in Europe .Without the FDA approval Sarepta would be done and bankrupt .

Antisense drug ATL1102 shows in over 70 MS patients that it effective and if it works in DMD too with good safety profile which is likely because of the lower dose (much lower than in previous MS trial) then we have a MEGA BLOCKBUSTER here and im sure that ANP will be quickly bought by larger pharma .
