IMO reinforces a point I made earlier. Desperation and motivation of parents to possibly cure or stem DMD of their 4 year old, near normal, child may be different than for the non-ambulant DMD child at 14 yrs.

Using an oncology analogy, Sarepta is offering a possible cure or extension of life at stage 4 cancer diagnosis, when the patient is asymptomatic, whereas ANP is not offering a cure, but offering an extension of life only after the disease is terminal and in the bedridden phase.
