Again Investors here need to read and understand the announcements which clearly says discussions with possible partners that may include finance arrangements. They are also planning to have someone with experience in corporate deals. Why would you hire someone if nothing was on cards?

Also its common for big Pharmas to come in now rather than pay Billions of $$ later. Someone posted an interview of a Pharma expert a while ago about Big Pharma's taking out small companies like ANP at this stage...He suggested that its always before the big trial..
