Is our products far superior, more customization features, human factor studies that indicated patient preference over West, price quality There need to be a strategic catalyst that initiated the pursuit of a deal.

Did the awareness of MedImmune and Saonfi transactions prompt this action? Or do you think that they have been working with the company for a long time and that this customer program is about to be finalized?

Do you recall if West receive any upfront from Amgen for entering their current agreement?
