I did. I assume though that they will also be oversubscribed too. I think you are only entitled to the options if you hold the shares - so if you don't get an allocation of shares you are probably ineligible to purchase the options.
I applied for extra options but only 1/4 of the amount I paid for in shares is listed. I think there's no way to know until the time comes.
