We should know pretty soon whether those people taking a minuscule profit on their cap raising shares are smart or just stretched.
It looks like the rough timeline for the Vic tender winners will be to sign their contracts in June for a January start. SA want theirs built and operational by 1 dec so you'd think that the contracts for that would be signed in May - and they still need to get the request for proposals out. So there's every chance that could come very soon.
