i remember when I outlined to everyone here that SAS have too many employees. Everyone called me a downramper and said the company needs these employees for development, and commercial operations and in fact might need more once the pearls are up and operational.

sas can never set a foot wrong in people's eyes here. Very cult like mentality. I mean how do you justify cutting many staff while giving yourself pay rises

this is indicative of poor financial management and budgeting.
