In my view, the logic makes no sense when taking into account the fact that, from the prospectus, management, each, get an increase in cash based salaries. I think it also makes no sense from business expansion point of view. SAS is supposed to be ramping up its operation now and yet Gommspace has laid off a lot of its staff, I think it was 50 or so, and now SAS has laid off its own staffs.
The way I see it things are looking absolutely dire and SAS seems to be reluctant to provide any detailed update on what is actually going on. A lot of red flags have been raising for a while now but I think this is the biggest one yet.
To be fair, for current SH there is nothing much that could be done...other than hope.
