This will help raise the profile of both companies and will surely be more profitable than just selling the bandwidth to telcos. With the beeptool software used to communicate and transfer money integrated into SAS software they almost don't need a telco anymore. Cut out the middle men and sell your product cheaper while still making more profit. Like I said, WIN WIN!!!
