Above contract alone is to generate approx. $6m per annum for a period of 5 years. Obviously, BeepTool would not sign a contract of this size if they didn't have the required funding to execute on its legal/contractual terms. Then you also have SAT-SPACE AFRICA,another binding commercial contract adding a further $10m - $35m per annum.
