The last CR was at 12c when the share price was around 16. So to raise the 40 (ish) million they need with 300million new shares issued the share price will have to get back towards 20c. That wont happen without funding. Catch 22.
They have to sign detailed MOUs with figures attached to prove their profitability. If they can prove they can make a quarter of what Meir claimed they should have the 'big boys' throwing money at them.
