The first batch of Pearls are on the production line right now.
Just wait until we get announcements along the lines of:
- 1st batch completed by GOMSpace
- Launch date booked
- Launch successful and satellites in LEO
- Bring into Use (BIU) complete for the Pearls
- 1st revenues received for the Pearls.

All of the above would likely be completed by mid-2019, and IMO the SP will be multiples of where it is now.
If we haven't got funding sorted by then (unlikely), then a CR would be a little more palatable at that point.
