I'd hate to say it but I think the SP is getting pumped for a CR. I assume funds will be needed very soon and MM hardly has had enough time to seek out the 50mil+ that's required. Despite what management may have said about there not being a CR I'm not inclined to believe it given the cover up of the launch delay. Pure speculation of course but it's the impression I'm left with and I sure hope I'm wrong.
