Yes, the MOU is non-binding and does not represent a material contract but it is encouraging to hear a large company give their view on the potential of SAS' technology and their preparedness to back it in.
At the very least it tells us that SAS could have something here.
Now we need the down rampers to do their job so we can top up before launch.
