SAS -Disallowed Potential ?§!, page-45

This is cynical of me, and I'm not downramping, I actual think this is a good stock, might buy in, but likely it's listing on the ASX as they seem to have zero rules about back door listings, some of the crap they have allowed onto it is nothing short of disgraceful, zero capital, zero revenues, it's become a way for start ups (Australian or foreign) to get cheap (Free) money to fund their pipe-dream.

It's something I really think they need to look at, if people are continuously losing money on these type of stocks they will force retail investors away. Just a thought, again nothing to do with this company but I read an article recently about Israeli companies looking to the ASX for funding as it they don't have to give away as much of their company as they would with Private equity, doesn't seem right.
