I understand your concerns but SAS do not need 100 people anytime soon. The initial diamonds will be easily looked after by current staff. As for customer service they only have 1 customer (sat Africa) and they have the team to deal with customer issues which I imagine will be worked on between sat africa and SAS as they will both understand there will be teething problems. As for sales people the current team has been a pretty good job of selling their vision and they inly need to hook 1 big fish to get this rolling along to 200 sats. Then they will need to focus on scaling up but they will have time as the sats will have to be built and launched which could take 18 months or more. I have faith that the SAS team know what needs to be done and will pull it off. My biggest concern is finding someone to fund it but that shouldn't be too hard considering the potential. GLTAH.
