If it's successful the price will rise. If it fails the price will fall. Pretty simple.
Even if it's successful there will be ups and downs and depending on your trading time frame these may be fruitful or not.
There are companies with charts like that of SSM (provider of network services) for example that over the past few years have offered opportunities for long, mid, short term traders as well as short sellers. I like to think SAS will follow suit. But for you to answer your question you will need to do some research and assess the risks beyond up/down. You may get some guidance from a forum but be wary of taking advice. Perhaps a question might be: what questions do I need to ask myself about assessing the risk of investing in this company? And then try to answer them. You put the time into making the money to invest. Put some time into protecting it too.
