If a potential buyer for the company came along they could agree to sell out their shares at well below market price (since they wont care because they were granted them and they could not hope sell their shares and maintain that price with 53.55% of stock on the open market)"


i struggle to understand your logic, it was there company we did a rto with them, would you be suggesting that we gave them no shares essentially getting there company for free, so they just give it to us right? and everything that came with it. years of work, ip, cash, the lot.
you understand those shares were given in an fair evaluation of there company that we became part of.


what you fail to get is this is a tech company, you give away control of your company you pretty much give away your intellectual property (ip) and everything you have worked towards.
its not a mining company where there is no ip ........

as for my opinion, ill give it when ever i choose to do so.
