Hi All,
Wondering if those already treated via the SAS had a long wait for the drug (Zilosul aka iPPS) to get to your treating doctor?
My mum was approved for the 12 injection course yesterday, however, she was told there could be a 6-12 month wait for the drug to get to Sportsmed, as the list of people waiting is already VERY long.
I am hoping this is just a long range forecast so that people don't keep ringing the clinic to find out when they'll be starting treatment.
Thanks for your help. Looking forward to your responses. Understandably, Mum is in a lot of pain, so that predicted, lengthy wait time is making her very anxious.
