PAR must be the topic of conversation at all the Bingo nights . Doctors can't keep up with demand.

I can see this one day as being mandatory to undertaking a course of treatment prior to any joint replacement surgery. Normally if a course physiotherapy or hydrotherapy (+/- weight loss) in combination with adequate pain relief fails to benefit then one would be placed on a surgery wait list (long wait lists normally in public sector) but iPPS could be added to that requirement before surgery is considered an option (If testimonials on here are accurate).

Hospitals have key KPI's with regard to elective surgery wait list times and if PAR can contribute to reducing wait lists by the fact that less people are landing on waits lists then that is something that bureaucrats will notice (and listen to).
