Filter the noise. Until you learn how to control your emotion, it will be very difficult for you to invest/trade the stock market. Checkout where SAS is now on this Market Cycle:

History tells us that Investor Emotion and Trading Psychology will never change - its Human nature. Those who use this to their advantage always comes on top. If you learned your lesson, when majority of the posters are saying buy, its usually time to sell and move on, reached Euphoria Market Cycle.

Currently, alot of the posters calling VA, all your money is lost, will never re-open. Holders posting anger and frustrations. The very same people who were pumping/buying the top (Euphoria) will make the same mistake of selling the bottom. Worst, they will miss out the opportunity to buy more shares on the entitlement.

I think we might get a Final Capitulation when SAS re-opens. Read link.

So what are the Real numbers:

SAS Market Cap at 0.5c = $26M (5 Billion shares)

    SAS Total Equity = $26M ($29M total assets) + $16M (CR) = $42M Market Cap

From these numbers alone, the entitlement is a very good deal for the holders. No wonder it is only non-renounceable entitlement, company want it to be internal. If they are so desperate, why did they not make it renounceable? It's just $10M, with all the news that came up recently, we may get more investors joining in. If this was renounceable, alot of non-holders will surely take your entitlements just base on the numbers and risk vs reward (A possible Disallowed from 0.5c). This will occur when revenue starts coming in from the existing 50 + MOUs/Resellers with more partnership agreements to come (Amazon maybe?) and million dollar government grants. SAS can also list with other exchanges in Europe & USA to fund the next batch of Satellites or a possible merger may happen. I am very much interested in the growth of subscribers, if successfull, we're talking about millions due to our Global presence and space boom worldwide. Checkout the SAS employees on Linkedin to see how the company have grown its skilled assets. If you haven't, you cannot assume where the fund is going. Even some former are now with OneWeb. So we'll never know if there will be a partnership with OneWeb in the future. Once the CR completed, we may get a succession of positive announcements till launched.

It's better to keep up with the real happening in the news than read any post from downrampers! There's alot of positives to look forward to and this is shaping to be in early 2020. My shares will be in the bottom drawer and will look forward to the Launch and operation of the first batch with UK / ESA support and soon from Australia.
    • The fact that European Space Agency (ESA) expressed its intent with a partnership agreement / cofunding speaks volumes. ESA have done their own due diligence to make this offer. This will provide confidence and should attract more opportunities / investors for SAS.
    • The fact that reseller agreements / MOUs keeps coming means these companies have done their due dilligence that a partnership with SAS is beneficial to them. Why waste their time, money, resources? How many NanoSatellite startups can you find with all these agreements/MOU's, Awards, world's first and working ESA partnership/cofunding?
    • The fully operational London Operational center might be using the Amazon AWS and an Amazon partnership agreement is in the works as per the AWS logo in the presentation. This will lower their satellite data cost by 80% and take advantage of Amazon Cloud computing service. The first batch launch and London operation center opening should provide more media attention to SAS.

UK Space Agency confirms £7.35 million funding to support small satellite launch from Cornwall

All these developments will benefit SAS. We may even get a Launch grant from the UK Space Agency for our first batch. Europe/UK are pushing all these developments / grants / partnership because they cannot allow a space boom monopoly from big companies like SpaceX. They will develop and support their local Space/Nanosatellite companies that will generate more jobs. We may also soon get the same in Australia.

The SPACE TO CONNECT 2020 event hosted by UK Space Agency and European Space Agency (ESA) in London in Early Jan 2020 is a big opportunity for SAS to showcase their technology/innovation and even feature the fully operational London Operation Center. They should also attract more investors.
