He seemed pretty intent on saying they were going to launch 8 satellites. Wasn't entertaining the thought of any less when I talked about reduced numbers due to lack of funding. He reinforced "It is our intention to launch 8" and the reduced numbers in the prospectus were just there because it was a requirement that they put that info in there.
