Yes,absolute guarantee to fulfillment of any shortfall by SAS arrangements is something we as investors must take into account this CR last attempt to make it happen with Ma &Pa, Grandma's savings.
If a failure to actualize the shortfall by the management of SAS is in dispute and this contract is worded to allow for a no contest then yea were way screwed.
how else can it all be legitimately worded to make sense?
I'm not a contracts attorney and don't know what our rights are here so, I can say this,This is out in the open,social media is a responsible tool, yet scary sometimes, I just hope for everyone this CR is shareholder - company honourable and in good faith. Lol.
