What exactly are the consequences if this does not happen? They've done the same thing multiple times before saying the capital raising is to build and launch 8U then 6U and they haven't got a single sat complete since the diamonds were launched.
The directors have been paid millions with no consequences so far for failing to deliver, several failed capital raisings, carrying on business without 2 resident directors, interesting revenue announcements to the ASX, annual report with negative audit results. ASIC don't seem to care and seem to be happy for them to run another cap raising.
